Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
All medical services performed by Aged Care General Practice are bulk billed.
We offer and encourage registration with My Medicare to improve continuity of care for our residents.
Where appropriate, tele-health appointments are offered and family meetings can be arranged at the facility.
All staff involved in Aged Care General Practice respect the privacy of our patients’ medical records and maintain confidentiality at all times. Please see a copy of our privacy policy here and our communication policy here.
Written documentation in the IT system at the facility is enhanced by remote access so that staff are fully informed about the latest investigations needed or alterations in treatment for the resident.
