We offer and encourage registration with My Medicare to improve continuity of care for our residents.
Where appropriate, tele-health appointments are offered and family meetings can be arranged at the facility.
All staff involved in Aged Care General Practice respect the privacy of our patients’ medical records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Written documentation in the IT system at the facility is enhanced by remote access so that staff are fully informed about the latest investigations needed or alterations in treatment for the resident.
After hours care is provided by the National Home Doctors Service.
